Funimal Guidelines
for Streaming, Video, and Static Image Posting

　Thank you for considering creating content featuring IXILL LLC's “Funimal”!
We are truly delighted by your interest in featuring our first original game.
　We welcome you to post videos and streams to social media and video sharing platforms, provided you adhere to the following guidelines!
　We kindly ask for your understanding to appropriately maintain the integrity and worldview of our title.

　Please note that these guidelines apply only to Intellectual Property (IP) owned or managed by the Company. Any third-party IP requires permission from its respective owner. 　 　

1. Permitted Content for Posting and Streaming

　The “Funimal” content available for use in accordance with these guidelines is as follows:

• “Funimal” gameplay footage and screenshots
• Images and videos posted on the official “Funimal” website
• Images and videos posted on our official Social Media channels with the hashtags “#ふにまる” or “#Funimal”
• “Funimal” promotional videos posted on our official video sharing site

2. Usage Conditions

　You may use the "Funimal" content solely for non-commercial posting of videos, live streams, and images (hereinafter “Content”). However, you must comply with the following conditions:

• When making videos or live streaming, the following rights notice must be displayed.

• If your uploaded videos or streams contain content from Area 3 (Water Area) or beyond, please include “SPOILERS AHEAD” in the video title and thumbnail to avoid spoiling the experience for new players.
• Please refrain from submitting videos that solely compile "Funimal's" story scenes. Posting partial content is acceptable.

3. Monetization

　This service may only be used for monetization purposes when utilizing partner features (including Super Chat and Bits) officially provided by video-sharing sites such as YouTube and Twitch. We strictly prohibit any other commercial or for-profit use of videos or other content. This includes posting or streaming on sites where viewing requires payment.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Redistribution of game data and images
• Extracting only specific elements from game data or images
• Tampering with game data and images
• Use, distribution, or posting that leads to defamation or slander against third parties or the content itself
• Obscene, violent, or other uses, distribution, or posting that violates public order and morals
• Use, distribution, or posting related to political activities, religious activities, or antisocial activities

5. General Provisions

• IXILL LLC makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding the content posted by users.
• These guidelines may be updated at our discretion without prior notice. Please ensure you review the latest version before posting gameplay videos.
